About the Practitioner
Benedikte Stenderup has been involved with animals all her life, both professionally and recreational.
She has extensive experience in the racing industry, having worked for a number of trainers, both in the United Kingdom and abroad. She has also competed at all disciplines to a high standard.
She obtained her British Horse Society Assistant Instructor’s Certificate (BHSAI) before going to Imperial College, London, where she earned a degree in Equine Science, which gave her a scientific basis to her continuing interest in the equine industry.
Benedikte specialises in animal physical therapy, treating mainly horses and dogs.
She has obtained a post graduate diploma in animal manipulation from the University of Wales in conjunction with the McTimoney Chiropractic College in Oxford. This is the only university validated post-graduate course in chiropractic techniques.
